TYPES OF TRAINING
My types of training programs are as varied as the number of clients that I train. Each client is dosed with a prescription of dynamic exercises specific to their individual needs, goals, and fitness levels/experience. Although the training programs differ from client to client they are always built around essential functional exercises and scientifically sound training principles. In/off season conditioning for athletes looking for speed and agility enhancement and optimum strength levels benefit from my programs.
