ABOUT KELVIN

25 years in the fitness field as a player, coach and trainer has given me the tools to teach others how to achieve optimal fitness levels.  Over the years, I have used my experience to design fitness and training programs for all types of people: from beginners to professional athletes.  I really enjoy working with people and seeing them progress; that's what makes my job different than.. well… other jobs:  I get to see the end result of the hard work in the way my clients feel at the end of a training cycle.  I can't count how many times clients have thanked me for helping them to improve their strength, fitness and confidence; and that's the kind of thing that makes my day.  It's that look someone has when he or she is healthy and feeling good about him/herself.  I love that look. There are lots of ways I work with people.  How I work with you depends on your goals.  Your training options with me are many and varied, because I am certified as: A CrossFit instructor/ Level II; A kickboxing instructor; A speed, agility and conditioning coach with SAC/USA/CAN A personal trainer, of course. I can work with you in the gym, in your home or outdoors– it's up to you.
